The M60 SMS Alarm Auto Dialler Upgrade allows the M60 Alarm Autodialler to send SMS alarm messages over the GSM networks to your Mobile Phone or even your land line phone if you have the feature available.

The SMS Alarm Message upgrade is available either with a new M60 or as a retro fit to a current machine.

The upgrade works with all 4,8,16 or 56 channels on the M60 & provides a separate user configurable SMS message for each individual channel. So when an alarm occurs instead of “channel 12” active you get “Windsor Landfill - Power Failure”.

How does it work?

Via the menu you setup each individual alarm dial out number to be either voice or SMS, It you select voice the recipient will receive a standard voice message, if you select SMS the recipient will receive an individual message for each active alarm channel.

E.g. If channels 1,2 & 3 were active you would receive 3 separate SMS messages.

To cancel any further dial outs or messages to yourself or to other recipients you would call the M60 back or send it a text message.

The SMS upgrade hardware is compatible with phone networks in Europe, USA,  Middle east, Asia and Australasia.

It is compatible with all standard sized network SIM cards and will accept both pay as you go and contract versions.

We recommend that you use a contract SIM rather than a “Pay as you Go” as this eliminates the chance that the SIM may run out of credit.
